Furnishing
The basic equipment is provided by the property and is constantly being expanded by the room group that manages the common room.
Tables chairs
​
There are 8 tables measuring approx. 150x80 cm - foldable for storage and with a white, wipeable surface. 50 chairs are stacked ready. Can only be used indoors.
kitchen
​
The separate kitchen with stove (4 hotplates), oven, gastro dishwasher and large refrigerator offers everything that is needed for small meals and meals. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are also sufficiently available. The kitchen and the equipment correspond to a larger apartment kitchen.
WC
​
There is 1 toilet to the left of the entrance.
The entire room is barrier-free.
parking spaces
​
There is no parking available. Unloading on the forecourt is possible.
forecourt
May be used up to GMR (out of consideration for Pink Sheep business). Only gas or electric grills may be used on the forecourt, no charcoal (smoke) grills.

When receiving the keys you are obliged to pay a 100 CHF cash deposit - paid back after we got keys and
the cleaned room back.

Cancellation conditions
​
Up to two weeks before the rental date free of charge. After that, the full price will be charged.
The room can be definitely reserved at the earliest 4 months in advance.
Rental Conditions
Who is allowed to rent the common room (hereafter abbreviated as GMR)?

Tenants of legal age (incl. businesses) of the Hornbachsiedlung and residents
of Heimatstrasse (uneven house numbers). -
The GMR may not be used for commercial, political or religious events.
Open
​
The GMR can be rented daily until 10 p.m., on request until midnight.

The rear windows and doors (direction Heimatstr.) must be closed after 8 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.

Rest periods must be observed. From 10:00 p.m. room volume and partying is no longer allowed on the forecourt.
cleaning
​
The room and the forecourt are handed over by the tenants in a clean condition. The cleaning must be done within the rental period. Waste is disposed of by the tenants. Cleaning and consumables are available and included in the rental price.
