Our association was founded shortly after the settlement was first occupied. We want to support active coexistence and good neighborly relations. The integration with the district and our children and young people is also important.

Launched in the first year and operated by tenants of the settlement, the ResiBar creates an event bar entertainment offer.

A very lively quarter with an active and central focus in the community center Riesbach creates offers, invites to meetings and is involved in questions of quarter development and traffic.

Our children and young people in the settlement are important to us. Your security but also the common concern and game offers are on our agenda.

In the wide strip of green between Hornbachstrasse and Heimatstrasse there are planted areas, some of which are managed by tenants or the garden group. Participation desired.
