Residents can of course freely use all of the settlement's offerings. The Hornbachsiedlung real estate association. organizes life in the settlement and creates offers. There are working groups for events, use of space, community gardens and representatives for transport or bicycle user interests who represent our interests in the neighborhood association.

We would be happy if as many of you as possible would get involved and become members of the property association.

​

We cannot accept members from outside the settlement. It is also not possible to have a better chance of renting an apartment in the settlement, as the city of Zurich allocates the apartments without asking us.
