the Hornbach settlement
The common room is available to the residents of the settlement for private purposes and for settlement oriented events such as barter markets, cinema evenings, bars, meetings or other communal purposes.
If available, the room can be rented to neighbours of the Heimatstrasse for community oriented activities - however, gastronomy, retail and services for any external walk-in customers are excluded.

Residents of the settlement can rent the room for a small flat rate upon request.

Rent space as an external person
There is no possibility to rent the room for external tenants. Only non commercial events are allowed that are organized by or only for the inhabitants of the Hornbach settlement.

The ResiBar is operated by an association of residents and is only for members and residents accessible.
